Complete dog food - specially for growing medium breed dogs (adult weight 11-25kg) - up to 12 months ROYAL CANIN® Medium Puppy formula is specially developed to meet the nutritional requirements of medium breed puppies. This formula is suitable for puppies between 2 and 12 months old, with an expected adult weight of 11-25kg. This adapted formula contains nutrients such as vitamins C and E, which have been shown to support the healthy development of a puppy's immune system. It is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (such as DHA), which are scientifically proven to support healthy brain development in puppies. The blend of beneficial prebiotics (such as fructo-oligosaccharides, manno-oligosaccharides and beet pulp) and highly digestible proteins help maintain a healthy balance of gut microbiota for proper digestion. The formula also provides an optimal energy content to meet the energy needs of growing medium breed puppies. ROYAL CANIN® Medium Puppy kibble is designed to be large enough not to encourage your puppy to swallow food without chewing it, but not so large that it causes food refusal. The mechanical brushing effect created during chewing helps maintain healthy teeth. When your puppy reaches 12 months of age, he will need food specifically adapted to meet his nutritional needs as an adult. At this stage, you can switch to ROYAL CANIN® Medium Adult formula, which is available in dry and wet versions (kibbles in gravy).
